Our service is designed around two main things: a safe home and practical life skills.
1. A Safe and Supportive Home
- Comfortable, Well-Maintained Housing: You’ll live in modern, comfortable housing located in safe, accessible communities. You’ll have your own room and share communal areas, giving you the perfect balance of privacy and peer interaction.
- 24/7 Support: Our dedicated, trained staff are on-site or on call around the clock to ensure you always have someone to talk to, ask for help, or turn to in a crisis.
- Emotional Support: We offer a non-judgmental, understanding environment. We focus on your mental health and well-being, providing a consistent source of encouragement and stability.
2. Building Independence
We work with you to create a Personalised Support Plan focused on achievable, real-world goals. This includes practical training in:

Our Team: Dedicated and Compassionate
You’ll be supported by a highly qualified and experienced team, including:
- Support Workers: Your primary point of contact, offering day-to-day guidance and skills coaching.
- Key Workers: A designated staff member who meets with you regularly to review your progress, set goals, and advocate for your needs.
- Management: Experienced leaders who ensure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our programmes.
All staff undergo rigorous background checks and receive continuous professional development focused on safeguarding, mental health first aid, and effective engagement with young people.
Director and Registered Manager
A qualified social worker in the UK managing semi-independent supported living homes combine professional social work expertise, management skills, and knowledge of local support regulations to empower young people or vulnerable individuals towards independent living.
Qualifications and Education

- Degree level education Honors Network Management (information Technology (Shefield Hallam University.
- Professional registration as a social worker registered with social work England

Professional Experience
- 10yearsexperience working with looked after children and young people in the youth offending teams and safeguarding
- Transferable skills to use in transition planning, independent living skills development, and safeguarding procedures.
- Proven ability to manage staff teams and liaise with multi-agency professionals, including health services, educational providers, and local authorities. I have also worked closely with Solicitors and am a champion for promoting equality and diversity.
